What products does Matrix Fasten manufacture?
Matrix Fasten manufactures a full range of fasteners including hex bolts, flange bolts, Allen bolts, anchor bolts (J-bolts and L-bolts), expansion anchors, hex nuts, lock nuts, eye nuts, self-tapping screws, machine screws, flat washers, spring washers, and threaded rods. We also produce custom non-standard fasteners per customer drawings.
What standards do your fasteners comply with?
Our fasteners comply with international standards including DIN 933, DIN 934, DIN 6921, DIN 975, DIN 125, DIN 127, ASTM A490, ISO 4014, ISO 4032, GB/T 5783, and GB/T 799. We can also manufacture to customer-specified standards upon request.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Yongnian District, Handan City, Hebei Province, China — one of China's largest fastener manufacturing hubs. This location gives us access to a complete supply chain for raw materials and surface treatments, ensuring competitive pricing and fast production.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ varies by product type and size, typically ranging from 100 kg to 1,000 kg. For custom or non-standard fasteners, the MOQ may be higher. We are flexible and can discuss specific requirements — contact us for a quote tailored to your project.
Do you offer custom fastener manufacturing?
Yes. We manufacture custom and non-standard fasteners based on customer drawings or samples. Our engineering team can assist with material selection, surface treatment recommendations, and design optimization. Custom sizes from M6 to M48 are available, and special lengths up to 2000mm can be produced.
What materials are available?
We offer fasteners in carbon steel (Q235, 45#, 40Cr), stainless steel (304 and 316), alloy steel, and spring steel. Grades available include 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9. Special materials such as weathering steel (A588) can also be supplied for structural applications.
What surface treatments do you provide?
Available surface treatments include zinc plating (white, yellow, black), hot-dip galvanizing (HDG), black oxide, Dacromet, chrome plating, and plain finish. The choice depends on the application's corrosion resistance requirements.
How do you ensure product quality?
We follow an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Every production batch undergoes dimensional inspection, material property testing (tensile strength, hardness), and surface treatment verification. Test reports and material certificates are provided with shipments.
What are your delivery terms and shipping options?
We offer EXW, FOB, FCA, CIF, and DDP delivery terms. Standard production lead time is 15–30 days depending on order volume and customization. We ship globally by sea, air, and express courier. Packaging options include bulk, small boxes, and pallets.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C (letter of credit), and PayPal for sample orders. Standard payment terms are 30% deposit with order and 70% balance before shipment. For long-term customers, we can negotiate customized payment arrangements.
